Working with pupils aged 11-18 , you will support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to develop confidence in mathematics through one-to-one intervention, small group work and classroom support. The school provides a nurturing and structured learning environment where every member of staff plays a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning. Responsibilities Support Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Deliver targeted intervention sessions to improve numeracy. Work with students individually and in small groups. Encourage participation and build confidence in mathematics. Support pupils with SEMH needs throughout lessons. Help implement behaviour support strategies.
