The Role at a Glance

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 available, depending on experience).
• Spark curiosity and help students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
• Play an active role in shaping an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
• Track progress, assess learning, and provide meaningful feedback.
• Promote independent learning and a growth mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice.
• Support students to reach and exceed their academic goals.

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• QTS (or equivalent) andndash; but strong subject specialists without QTS are welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 a bonus).
• Genuine passion for Maths and education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative team player.
