About the Role
You will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities to teach Key Stage 5, depending on your expertise. This role is ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about Maths and dedicated to helping every student reach their full potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of learning abilities
- Track and assess student progress, offering clear, constructive feedback
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and independence
- Support and challenge students to achieve their academic goals
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to continuously improve teaching standards
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; however, candidates with strong subject knowledge and no formal qualification are also encouraged to apply
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a bonus)
- A deep understanding of Maths and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A collaborative and reflective teaching approach
