We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacherandnbsp;to join a well-regarded secondary school in Aylesburyandnbsp;from October. This long-term role involves teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring educator who can deliver high-quality lessons, engage learners of all abilities, and foster a deep understanding and appreciation of Mathematics.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will start in October 2025 and will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to students aged 11andndash;16, across Key Stages 3 and 4. This position is initially offered on a fixed-term basis until July 2026, with the potential for a permanent role thereafter.
The ideal candidate will:
- Recent experience teaching Mathematics in UK secondary schools
- A confident and skilled classroom practitioner with secure subject knowledge in Maths
- Committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that support learners of all abilities
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to foster a focused and positive learning environment
- A collaborative team player who contributes effectively to the Maths department
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
