Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development and Instruction
Develop and implement a comprehensive, engaging maths curriculum that aligns with educational standards
Plan and deliver lesson content catering to a variety of learning styles and abilities
Use diverse teaching methods, resources, and technologies to keep students engaged and improve understanding
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and collaboration
Assessment and Student Progress
Regularly assess student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment methods
Provide constructive feedback and guide students towards improvement
Maintain accurate records of student performance and achievements
Differentiation and Support
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students, from those requiring extra support to those needing greater challenges
Provide additional support where necessary to ensure all students achieve their full potential
Parent and Stakeholder Communication
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and upcoming school events
