The Role in Brief
You will deliver engaging, well-planned lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility to teach KS5 based on your experience. This role is perfect for someone whose passion for Maths and commitment to student success shines through in their teaching.

Key Responsibilities
andbull; Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons tailored to different abilities
andbull; Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback
andbull; Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
andbull; Encouraging a growth mindset and fostering independent learning
andbull; Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching standards
andbull; Supporting students to reach and exceed their academic targets

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; however, unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply
andbull; Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is advantageous)
andbull; A genuine passion for Mathematics and education
andbull; Strong classroom management and communication skills
andbull; A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
