Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiated, andandnbsp;curriculum-alignedandnbsp;lessons acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4andnbsp;
- Promoteandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;mathematical fluency, andandnbsp;conceptual understanding
- Use a variety ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform teaching
- Create aandnbsp;positive and inclusive classroom environmentandnbsp;that encourages student confidence and curiosity
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and contribute to whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teachingandnbsp;Mathematicsandnbsp;in a UK secondary school (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge inandnbsp;algebra,andnbsp;geometry,andnbsp;statistics, andandnbsp;numerical methods
- Be an enthusiastic educator with excellentandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;communication skills
- Be committed toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, and theandnbsp;wellbeingandnbsp;of all students
- Be proactive inandnbsp;professional developmentandnbsp;and open toandnbsp;mentoringandnbsp;andandnbsp;peer collaboration
