About the Role:
- Qualified teacher with a solid foundation in Mathematics and strong subject expertise
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate students
- Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 is advantageous, though not essential
- Skilled in designing creative, differentiated lessons that meet diverse learner needs
- Committed to upholding high standards and fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that foster a genuine enthusiasm for learning
- Provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils needing additional guidance, offering patience, encouragement, and tailored interventions
- Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every student feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive
- Promote creativity and independent thinking, encouraging students to explore their potential and build confidence in their abilities
