Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates students and encourages a love for mathematics
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic achievement
Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the maths provision
Support students in preparing for GCSEs, including targeted intervention sessions as needed
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff to support student success holistically
Requirements:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; desirable but not essential
A degree in Mathematics or a closely related field
Proven experience of raising student attainment in maths
Strong classroom management and a passion for teaching
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness to take part in professional development and contribute to wider school life
