Supply Desk is partnering with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Fareham to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025. This post runs through to December 2025, with strong potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Youandrsquo;ll be joining a collaborative Maths department where innovation and support go hand-in-hand. Youandrsquo;ll play a key role in delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence, logical reasoning, and a love for numbers.
Whether you''re an experienced teacher, a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT), or someone with strong relevant experience in secondary Maths education, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you.
What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and inspiring Maths lessons tailored to varied learning needs.
- Promote critical thinking, resilience, and independent learning.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
- Contribute to wider school life andndash; from revision sessions to Maths enrichment clubs.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (essential).
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- A passion for making Maths accessible and enjoyable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
