Salary: andpound;34,398 to andpound;52,490 (Qualified Teacher Pay Scale)

Supply Desk is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. The role is initially temporary with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Flexible full-time or part-time hours can be considered.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 is desirable but not essential
• Creative and effective lesson planning tailored to pupilsandrsquo; needs
• Commitment to maintaining high expectations and an inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular initiatives and school goals
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and support student development
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
