Maths Teacher - Specialist SEND SchoolLocation: ChesterfieldSalary: 160- 240 per day (dependent on experience)Contract: Full-time Long-term September StartTradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist SEND school in Chesterfield for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming specialist setting, teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), communication needs and associated complex needs.The successful candidate will deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons that inspire confidence, develop problem-solving skills and help every pupil achieve their full potential. As part of a specialist trust, there may also be opportunities to work across other settings within the organisation.The RolePlan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that are differentiated to meet individual pupil needs.Adapt the curriculum to ensure all pupils can access learning and make meaningful progress.Build positive relationships that encourage pupils to develop confidence and resilience.Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments and target setting.Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, therapists and families.Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel supported to succeed.The Ideal CandidateHolds ..... full job details .....
