We are currently seeking a dynamic Maths Teacher to join a school in Blackpool on a long-term basis, starting immediately. This role is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of the Physics curriculum, effective communication skills, and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and informative Physics lessons to students at KS3 and KS4 levels; teaching KS5 is also advantageous.Maintain strong classroom management skills.Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote student improvement.Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the teaching practices and academic success of the students.Contribute to the development of teaching materials and curriculum planning.Uphold the school''s values and policies regarding safeguarding and student welfare.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.Recent and relevant experience teaching Maths KS3 and KS4 levels; experience at KS5 is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to be an excellent classroom practitioner with robust subject knowledge.Reliable, committed, and capable of working effectively with students.Exhibits good role model qualities such as compassion, ..... full job details .....
