This role does not offer sponsorship About the Role As our Maths Teacher, you''ll do more than teach a subject, you''ll help pupils discover what they''re capable of. Through creative, engaging and highly personalised lessons, you''ll make maths accessible, build confidence and inspire a genuine love of learning. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you''ll create a classroom where every pupil feels safe, understood and encouraged to succeed. You''ll adapt your teaching to overcome individual barriers, celebrate progress and help pupils develop the confidence, independence and skills they need to thrive both in school and beyond. You may also take on the role of Form Tutor, becoming a key source of support and encouragement for your pupils. From championing their pastoral development to working alongside families, professionals and Teaching Assistants, you''ll help create a consistent support network that enables every young person to reach their potential.
