Maths Teacher Nottingham, NG8 (QTS Required) Location: Nottingham, NG8 Contract Type: Temp to perm Start Date: April 2026 Pay Rate: £150 £230 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Qualification: QTS required Experience: Minimum 6 months teaching experience in a UK secondary school Overview: Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Nottingham to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher for a full-time position starting April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maths educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS4 and potentially Maths at KS5. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum, with KS5 teaching available if experienced. Plan, prepare, and assess Maths lessons in line with department policies Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions Contribute to department improvement planning Maths Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents evenings as required The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching Maths experience in a UK secondary setting Is passionate about Business education and student achievement Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life Why apply through Education Personnel?
