About the role

At term time teachers we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to join our growing agency team to teach within high-performing Mathematics Departments at a variety of schools in Tonbridge and Malling. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children''s success within their mathematical development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assess work efficiently, providing children feedback to support their academic progress.
• Deliver mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving in mathematical activities.
• Monitor children''s development and assess their progress

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s wellbeing
