What You''ll Be Doing:

• You will plan and deliver outstanding lessons in Mathematics to students from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level, inspiring critical engagement with complex concepts.

• You will guide students in developing sophisticated problem-solving strategies and a robust understanding of mathematical principles.

• You will provide rigorous academic extension and support for students aiming for top university places, including preparing them for challenging admissions tests (e.g., STEP, MAT).

• You will cultivate a vibrant learning environment that encourages mathematical reasoning, exploration, and resilience.

• You will collaborate closely with colleagues in our dynamic Maths department, contributing to curriculum development and innovative pedagogical approaches.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• You will possess a strong academic background, ideally a Master''s degree, in Mathematics or a related field.

• You will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and achieving exceptional outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.

• You will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Maths curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies across all key stages.

• You will be an articulate and engaging communicator, capable of inspiring passion and intellectual curiosity for mathematics.
