The Role

The KS3 Maths Coordinator will:

• Oversee the curriculum planning, development, and assessment for Mathematics at Key Stage 3.
• Support and mentor colleagues teaching Maths at KS3.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning across the KS3 Maths curriculum.
• Lead initiatives to promote engagement and confidence in Maths among younger students.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate Maths teacher with QTS/QTLS who:

• Possesses strong subject knowledge and a proven track record of effective teaching at Key Stage 3.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
• Is committed to fostering a strong foundation in Maths for all students.
• Is an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
