Job Title: Maths Teacher
Pay Rate: £168.80 – £261.00 per day
Location: Kings Norton
Hours: Full-time

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teacher of Mathematics in the Kings Norton area, with an immediate start date. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school that supports children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Experience or interest in working with SEMH students
• Effective behaviour management strategies
• Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable students

Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons
• Plan engaging and tailored learning experiences
• Support students with SEMH needs to achieve their potential
• Monitor and interpret pupil data to drive progress
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively with clear expectations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support the SEND provision
