Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919
Start Date: Easter 2026

An outstanding secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join its high-performing department from Easter 2026. The school has a strong focus on academic excellence and student development, offering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities.
Assess and track student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback.
Create a positive, well-managed classroom that encourages confidence and independent thinking.
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Maths specialism.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for inspiring students and raising achievement.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
