Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching GCSE maths (Edexcel desirable)
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
• Passion for education and commitment to student achievement
• Positive, professional, and team-focused approach
