Maths Teacher

We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Maths Teachers (QTS) to join a secondary school, Applebough Education is supporting-on the outskirts of Wolverhampton from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), helping them develop confidence and a strong understanding of mathematics.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging maths lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge and a commitment to raising achievement through innovative and effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Use a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs
• Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge in mathematics
• The ability to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that motivate learners
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Strong communication and organisational skills
