You''ll support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, delivering targeted interventions, GCSE and Functional Skills support while helping students develop confidence in mathematics.

• Deliver small group Maths interventions
• Support GCSE and Functional Skills
• Build confidence in learners
• Adapt learning to individual needs
• Work closely with teaching staff
• Promote positive behaviour

• Maths background or strong Maths knowledge
• SEMH, SEND or Alternative Provision experience
• Confident behaviour management
• Patient and adaptable approach
• DBS on the Update Service preferred
