This role is ideal for a recent graduate considering a future career in teaching, education, or educational psychology.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to help students access the curriculum, build confidence in mathematics, and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Supporting students during maths lessons, both one-to-one and in small groupsAssisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom managementHelping students understand mathematical concepts and complete set workProviding additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficultiesEncouraging student engagement, confidence, and positive behaviourPreparing learning materials and supporting differentiated activitiesMonitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staffRequirements:A degree in Mathematics (or a closely related subject)A genuine interest in education and supporting young peopleStrong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearlyPatience, empathy, and a positive attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a classroom teamPrevious experience working with children or young ..... full job details .....
