• Deliver high-quality Functional Skills Maths lessons across all levels
• Provide one-to-one and small group tuition tailored to individual learner needs
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons and adapt resources where necessary
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback
• Support learners with exam preparation and confidence building
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice

Ideal Maths Functional Skills Instructor:

• Experience teaching Functional Skills Maths is essential
• Ability to deliver lessons effectively to diverse learners
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire learners
• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
