You’ll lead small group interventions, provide one-to-one support for pupils who need extra help, and assist with lesson delivery and exam preparation. Your input will help students build confidence and improve their understanding of key mathematical concepts.   The Candidate: You should hold a degree in mathematics or a related subject. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly are essential. You’ll need to be confident working with young people and committed to supporting their academic development.
