Working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs and help pupils achieve their full potential.Key responsibilities include:Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.Supporting pupils with complex learning difficulties and autism.Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise achievement.Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, families, and external professionals.Promoting independence, ..... full job details .....
