Outcomes of Role Satisfied internal and external customers Produce products of a high quality Work within a clean and tidy area Fully trained Achieve targets expected Responsibilities Adhere to Standard Working Procedures Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices Undertake necessary activities to ensure work place organisation Achieve expected output and quality targets Adhere to ESD procedures at all times Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering) Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
