Materials Systems AnalystLocation: Crawley/Hybrid Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe''re looking for a Materials Systems Analyst to support European spare parts operations by ensuring ERP and EDI system integrity, improving data quality, and driving digital transformation through automation and analytics.This role combines data analysis, system support, and process improvement, with a strong focus on making operations more efficient, accurate, and automated.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain ERP data integrity and enforce system controls and governanceMonitor and resolve ERP/EDI transaction issuesAnalyse data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement automation solutions (Power Automate, RPA, VBA, Python, etc.)Build reports and dashboards (eg Power BI) to support decision-makingImprove and digitise operational processes with business stakeholdersSupport supply chain, logistics, and planning teams with data insightsContribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiativesAbout YouExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BaaN or similar)Strong Excel skills; SQL and database knowledge preferredExperience with reporting tools (eg Power BI)Interest or experience in automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, Python, UiPath)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage prioritiesClear communication skills and ability to present data simplyUnderstanding of supply chain/EDI is beneficialWhy ..... full job details .....
