Are you an experienced Material Scheduler, Materials Planner orSupply Chain Planner who can hit the ground running within a busymanufacturing environment? Do you have experience managing material availability, purchaseorders and inventory while working closely with ProductionPlanning, suppliers, Logistics and Quality? We''re supporting a global manufacturing organisation inPetersfield who are looking for a Material Scheduler to jointheir team on an initial 4-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supply chainprofessional to take ownership of short-term materialavailability and help ensure production continues to runsmoothly. What''s the role all about? As the Material Scheduler, your main focus will be making surethe right materials and components are available at the righttime to support the production plan. You''ll manage material requirements across a 0-8 week planninghorizon, tracking purchase orders, identifying shortages andworking closely with Material Planners, Production Schedulers,suppliers, Logistics, Quality and Warehousing to resolve issuesbefore they impact production. It''s a fast-moving role where you''ll need to be comfortableworking with data, managing changing priorities and proactivelychasing information to keep materials moving. What will you be doing?
