Materials Inspector

MATERIALS INSPECTOR NEWBRIDGE PERMANENT 26150 RSW are looking to recruit a Materials Inspector for a permanent role with their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. Excellent opportunity for progression and development with a reputable employer. Main Purpose of Role Inspect material for non compliance to customer drawing. Outcomes of Role Satisfied internal and external customers Produce products of a high quality Work within a clean and tidy area Fully trained Achieve targets expected Responsibilities Adhere to Standard Working Procedures Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices Undertake necessary activities to ensure work place organisation Achieve expected output and quality targets Adhere to ESD procedures at all times Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering) Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. Any other duties deemed necessary. Person Specification Adequate numeracy and literacy skills Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment Previous electronic manufacturing experience is desirable Working hours: 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 1pm Friday ..... full job details .....
