Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a full time, contract basis.ROLE Role-models compliance with HSE policy and ensures that all activities are planned and conducted in compliance with HSE policy FinancialMaintain an understanding of the Material and Logistics and understand how each project will impact itUnderstand the financial profile of each improvement project and develop an appropriate method of measuring the financial success of each scope of workEffectively manage resources and through a continuous improvement mindset identify opportunities to minimises waste and lower costs Continuous ImprovementSupport the continuous improvement programme which is in place for the Materials and Logistics Function by embracing change and supporting the wider organisation to do the sameProactively look for improvement opportunities across the function to drive operational efficiency and reduce cost and work with the Materials and Logistics Lead to develop the ideasWhere appropriate and with the support of the Materials and Logistics Lead take the lead on improvement projects from initiation of opportunity to final implementation and roll out Health and Safety responsibilities The Company will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
