Working in a state-of-the-art purpose built facility (with on-site parking). The role will be Monday to Fridays, early finishes on Fridays, with potential over time rates up to £35.81 per hour.Successful candidate will manage all documentation relating to this, dealing with any enquires that arise and maintain communication with the warehouse, couriers/agents and customer depots to ensure smooth delivery of orders.Shift Times: 07:00-16:00 Monday Thursday and Fridays 07:00-13:00 Role and Responsibilities: Preparation of stock and distributionPlanning of transportationPicking and packing of goodsBooking of NCR s materials for shippingInsuring packing lists and commercial invoices are raised and sent with every delivery.Ensuring that proof of deliveries is completed and filedLoading and closing of Baan shipping orders We are seeking an individual with shipping Co-Ordinator skills who is able to work independently and manage their own time. You must have experience operating a Reach Truck.
