Organise the daily workload for picking, packing and dispatch through daily order book reviews with Commercial and Planning representatives. Review incoming orders daily, including quotation status, requested and promised delivery dates, and stock availability. Support the Planning team with work order activities where required, ensuring the timely purchasing of parts through the MRP system. Respond quickly to critical customer orders, including those requiring same-day dispatch. Collaborate with departments across the matrix structure to identify and implement process improvements that meet or exceed customer expectations. Collect, collate and maintain daily KPI data to demonstrate process performance. Record daily exceptions to support continuous improvement and management reporting. Assist the Planning team with work order activities to ensure the timely fulfilment of spare parts orders.
