This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the smooth operation of their supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control material inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage incoming materials and deliveries.Maintain accurate records of materials received and dispatched, ensuring compliance with company policies.Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and assist in procurement planning.Perform regular audits of inventory and assist in the implementation of best practises for inventory management.Identify and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels promptly and effectively.Responsible for raising all Purchase Requisitions and POs for site-specific needs.Ensures Purchase Requisitions for raw materials and finished goods are placed accurately and timely.Monitors material levels and forecasts needed to support production requirements.Manages stock (rental and sale) Liaises with the Production Planner for any cylinder preparation prior to office fill.Analyses material usage and demand to identify efficiency improvements and minimise ..... full job details .....
