Material Support Engineer

The company specialises in the engineering, manufacture, and application of fire protection systems. We are seeking a Material Support Engineer to assist the Technical Manager in providing technical support to internal departments such as sales and projects. This role involves maintaining up-to-date certification and qualification documentation, liaising with external labs for material evaluations, supporting material testing and preparation processes, solving technical problems, and writing technical reports for clients. You will also review documentation for compliance with standards and ensure all activities are carried out safely and effectively. The position requires a balance of technical expertise, administrative efficiency, and hands-on involvement to support the timely delivery of technical projects.
