Provide technical support to shop floor teams and update process instructions. Oversee wastewater effluent systems and coordinate hazardous waste disposal. Your profile Strong background in chemical manufacturing or metal finishing. Detailed understanding of Health and Safety protocols within a hazardous environment. Ability to mentor shop floor operators and manage skills matrices. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like 5S or Root Cause Analysis.
