Material Planning - ExpeditorThis is a fulltime, 6 month assignment with the possibility of extension. location: Peterborough, GBR, PE2 6FZ For the initial training period (approx. 3 weeks) candidates will be working onsite 5 days per week. After that this will become a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite) Working hours: Mo-Fri, flexible office hours.Experience: 1-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.Role Details: In this role you will be supporting the First Fit Planning team in the role of Expeditor. Main tasks include the validation of shipment plans with Suppliers, maintaining a 5-day rolling shipment plan, supporting with the inbound PO management and tracking shipments into different sites. You will also be involved in Daily / Weekly review meetings.Previous planning experience is not required but candidates with a supply chain or logistics background are preferred.
