Material Handling Operator / Spares Engineer Location: Lincoln (Teal Park Road, LN6 3AD) Pay Rate: £15.87 per hour PAYE (£21.45 per hour Umbrella) Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract Hours: Day Shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm (Flexible Working Hours Available) Travel Required: Flexibility to work across multiple Lincoln sites when requiredThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a Material Handling Operator / Spares Engineer to join a busy stores and logistics operation supporting a large-scale manufacturing environment in Lincoln.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse or logistics professional with forklift experience to work within a fast-paced operational team, supporting the movement, storage and distribution of critical materials and components. Full training will be provided across key processes and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesUnloading and receiving deliveriesChecking incoming materials against documentationBooking deliveries into SAP and processing stock transactionsStoring materials safely in warehouse locations and high-rise rackingPicking, kitting and issuing materials to production areasCarrying out material movements using forklift trucksOperating overhead cranes where requiredMaintaining accurate inventory recordsSupporting internal departments to resolve material-related issuesCompleting goods receipt activities and stock control functionsEnsuring compliance with health, safety and quality standardsEssential RequirementsPrevious warehouse, ..... full job details .....
