We''re hiring a Material Handler to join our team at the West of Scotland Science Park.What You''ll Be Doing:You''ll be responsible for the accurate receipt, checking, storage and movement of incoming materials across the site. Key duties include:Receiving and processing incoming goods.Checking deliveries against purchase orders to confirm the correct items and quantities have been received.Checking goods for damage, discrepancies or missing items and reporting any issues.Booking incoming goods accurately using the Kardex system.Recording and maintaining accurate goods-receiving information.Allocating and storing materials in the appropriate locations.Maintaining accurate physical and system stock records.Ensuring materials are stored securely and in accordance with company procedures.Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the Goods In and Stores areas.Following all Health and Safety, quality, and operational procedures.What You''ll Get:Ongoing, Full-time role working 40 hours per week.Competitive pay rate of 13.25 per hour.Opportunity to work within an established manufacturing environment.Structured Goods In and Stores operation.Training and support provided where required.Opportunity to develop experience in materials handling, stock control and ..... full job details .....
