Following continued growth and investment, our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler - Plastics to join their Operations team.You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient supply and management of raw polymer materials throughout the manufacturing process, supporting production requirements, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing organisation and play a key role in supporting production efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Material Handler - PlasticsPermanent Excellent Salary Monday to Friday - Rotating ShiftsMaterial Handler - PlasticsKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure production areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements.Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and support 5S activities throughout the production area.Issue raw polymer materials and bought-out parts (BOP) to production as required.Clean hoppers and dryers safely and efficiently.Ensure material changes are completed in line with the production plan.Support production by pre-drying materials as required.Verify dryers are correctly set up and all relevant information is accurately recorded, including temperature, batch numbers, and drying times.Correctly identify and process non-conforming products/materials and return them to designated areas.Support stock counts of raw materials and BOP within production areas ..... full job details .....
