What we’re looking for:

• Valid ticket/licence to operate a CAT 3022 or 3024 (grab machine/material handler) — this is essential for the role
• Proven experience operating wheeled material handlers, loading shovels, or other mobile plant machinery
• Ability to organise workloads and support colleagues on-site
• Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach
• Positive, flexible work ethic with a focus on teamwork
• A safety-first mindset and dedication to operational excellence
• Access to a vehicle due to location

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a wheeled material handler with raising cab (CAT 3022/3024) and other mobile plant as required
• Supervising daily activities and ensuring smooth task allocation
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and site standards
• Supporting recycling performance and assisting with reporting
• Working as part of a team committed to innovation and sustainability
