This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to build a career in a safe, professional manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for routine material handling, packing, and supporting production workflows. We provide full training, with a clear pathway to progress to a Level II role within 12 months. Key Responsibilities Material Movement: Safely move raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. Production Support: Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and basic stock checks. Quality & Safety: Perform visual checks on products, report deviations, and strictly follow all health and safety protocols (PPE, COSHH, and 5S standards). Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of work orders and equipment checks. Equipment Operation: Use both manual and automated equipment following training.... Contract
