Material Handler - Northampton (Round Spinney , NN3)

Pay Rate: -14.69 per hour

Shift Pattern (Rotating AM/PM - Compulsory):

• Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00
• Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 13:00-20:00

We are currently recruiting for a Material Handler to join a busy manufacturing site in Round Spinney, Northampton.

Role Overview

The Material Handler will be responsible for preparing and supplying materials to production, ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently. Full training will be provided alongside the current Material Handler before moving independently onto shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing materials for injection moulding production
• Topping up bins and material driers
• Cleaning out hoppers, driers, and maintaining equipment housekeeping
• Ensuring materials are available to support production flow
• Heavy lifting involved (up to 25kg bags of material)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong, reliable operators
• Physically fit due to heavy manual handling
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
