Material Expeditor Greenwich Area Monday- Friday 08:30 - 17:00 Ongoing Long-term role 14.71 p/h Working for a multinational Engineering company based in South East London we are urgently recruiting for an experienced Materials/Production Expeditor. The Expeditor will be based within the Materials and Inventory Control department, liaising with the in-house Supply Chain, Procurement and Buying professionals.Duties will include;Reporting material availability and departmental performance to senior managementResponsible for third party manufacturing co-ordination and quarterly stock analysis and summariesCo-ordination of supply via MRP actioning and review within SAP systems PO confirmations, reschedules and expediting of orders (using SAP based reporting tools)Master data and Routing creation and analysis/verificationDesigned KPI reports for stock vs. reservations and departmental workload for power feed areaDesigned KPI Dashboard to report on Stores workload and task executionConfiguration and testing of new warehouse management systemGuideline and script creation/reviews for work process flows across Materials Department Essential Skills Required; Call off experienceExcellent Communication skillsExcel user to advanced level For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
