Our client, a well-established independent main dealership near Heathrow, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a reputable and professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Benefits of the Master Technician position include: Up to £69,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm One in three Saturdays, 8:30am 1:00pm Full qualifications and MOT licence essential Opportunity to work within a respected independent main dealership £2,500 joining fee Duties of the Master Technician role with our client: Conducting diagnostic work using advanced equipment and methods Performing service checks and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation Supporting team members and contributing to a professional service environment Carrying out additional duties as directed by management Requirements for the Master Technician position: Full UK driving licence Minimum Level 3 Automotive Qualification MOT licence advantageous Proven experience in a similar Master Technician role Strong diagnostic and repair skills Excellent attitude, motivated to improve knowledge and skills Ability to work effectively within a team Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop ..... full job details .....
