Master TechnicianSalary upto: 50,000 Basic 60,000+ OTEThe OpportunityA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a well-established and progressive automotive group. This is a key position within the workshop, suited to a highly skilled technician capable of handling the most complex diagnostic and technical challenges.You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high workshop standards while supporting and mentoring other technicians, all within a modern, well-equipped environment offering ongoing training and career progression. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and complex repair workComplete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs to a high standardEnsure all work is carried out in line with manufacturer and safety standardsDiagnose and resolve complex faults across a wide range of vehicle systemsProvide technical support and guidance to other techniciansMaintain efficiency and productivity within the workshop RequirementsFully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City and Guilds or equivalent)Strong experience in both diagnostics and general servicing/repair workExcellent knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electrical diagnosticsAbility to work independently and lead by exampleStrong communication and mentoring skillsFull UK Driving Licence What''s on OfferCompetitive basic salary with strong and high bonus potentialOngoing manufacturer and EV/hybrid trainingClear progression pathways ..... full job details .....
