This is a senior position responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle faults, supporting fleet reliability, and maintaining high workshop standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding across a range of fleet vehicles. Investigate and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimise vehicle downtime. Perform servicing, repairs, and major component replacements in line with manufacturer and company standards. Support efficient workshop operations and maintain high technical standards. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians within the workshop. Identify recurring vehicle faults and implement effective long-term corrective solutions. Ensure fleet vehicles remain compliant with all relevant safety and operational requirements.
