Master Technician

Our client, a well-established Main Dealer Group in Leamington Spa, is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join their dedicated team. - Basic salary up to £45,000, with an expected OTE of approximately £47,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with no weekend work

Key responsibilities:

- Carrying out comprehensive vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest quality standards
- Diagnosing complex faults across engine, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts, and other major components
- Supporting the preparation and ongoing maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
- Sharing technical knowledge and supporting colleagues within the workshop team
- Completing heavy repairs efficiently, ensuring safety and quality at all times

Specifications:

- Level 3 qualified Technician, ideally holding Senior or Master Technician accreditation
- Proven diagnostic skills and ability to identify complex faults
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
- Previous experience working in a busy dealership or workshop environment
