Master Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run main dealership in Bury St Edmunds for a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician.

• Basic salary up to -40,000 with an OTE of approximately -48,000

Duties:

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards as a Master Technician
• Perform MOT testing on-site as an authorised MOT Tester
• Complete all work efficiently, ensuring high standards of quality
• Maintain accurate diagnostic reports and repair records
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet dealership targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician within a recognised motor trade environment
• Relevant qualifications, including MOT testing certification
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
